Yesss, I like that idea. Imagining this with post=CATWS Bucky is a different animal; he'd be badly shaken, but practiced enough at surviving horrors to be able to put up a pragmatic front while his immediate physical needs were being attended to. And I love that, but I also love the idea of young pre-CATFA Bucky, who'd never had to deal with anything like this before... he'd just be shaking, and Steve's calm, measured bedside manner would be as much about steadying him as about taking care of his injuries.
