There have been lots of great fills that have the asset being shot up with something before they rape him, but I'm not sure I've ever seen this take on it: Bucky being given drugs that make him woozy, confused, even nauseous. Imagine how nightmarish a gangbang scenario would be if the asset couldn't even keep track of reality, or really process what was happening.
