Very simply, I'd like Bucky being gang raped and exploited in HYDRA's factory long before he wound up in Zola's lab.

Maybe it starts with Bucky stepping in to prevent a HYDRA guard beating one of the other prisoners? Maybe he's pulled out of one of the work lines and thinks he's going to be executed (but it turns out to be much worse)? Maybe he's weakened by the march there, and several days of physical labour with barely any food, and is very easy prey?

The SHIELDRA info dump didn't just include Bucky's trash files, there was also hundreds of hours of audio/video surveillance from Steve's apartment. And now the world knows everything about the private life of Steve Rogers.

Details on the tapes include: Steve's epic masturbation sessions and him crying out for Bucky during them; Steve enjoying non-sexual private time at home in lingerie and heels; undeniable 'proof' that Rumlow was Steve's first kiss since 1945; Steve having a threesome with Rumlow and Rollins, etc.

It's all consensual. All harmless, private, adult play. The trash begins when the tapes go public. The video streams are more popular than Big Brother. The audio recordings of Steve getting off to dirty talk and tentatively agreeing to Rumlow hiring a sex worker to 'fuck the straight out of him' are the foundation of news show exposes and radio phone-ins. But when Jimmy Kimmel revises 'I'm Fucking Ben Affleck' into a duet called 'We're Fucking Steve Rogers' and James Corden covers it on Carpool Karaoke, that's where Steve's private life becomes a meme.

And soon things that were harmless fun and enjoyable are twisted to frame Steve as a perverted, disreputable, corrupt garbage lord.

The result is Steve being very publicly torn apart. More so than anyone who was an actual member of HYDRA and survived Insight. They faced trials, juries and legal process. Steve gets trial and violation by media. That's why Natasha attended the senate hearing - the committee couldn't spend an hour diverting the issue by quizzing her on how much she knew about Rumlow and Rollins' HYDRA affiliation before they DPed her or if she ever went through with getting a dick piercing.

Bonus: Steve losing his shit and disclosing something that isn't in the surveillance tapes/SHIELDRA files. Like, he had a one-night stand with Howard during WW2 or Maria Hill after NYC.

Bucky is stopped by the bedroom door, because *of course* it has one of those round doorknobs that he'd need opposable thumbs for. And in that time, Steve's already looming behind him, grabbing at his hind leg.

"Bucky, what the hell!" Bucky half-expects to hear a bell jingle on his collar.

Well, might as well face the music. Bucky turns back towards Steve, then flattens himself on all fours and puts his head down. As close to prostration as he can get. He closes his eyes because he's a coward. Please, Steve. Don't be angry at me. I'm sorry for lying to you. I'm sorry for hijacking your dreams to talking to you. I'm sorry for not being your Bucky anymore. Do whatever you want. I'll take it like a good dog. Just don't be angry, please.

Steve heaves a heavy sigh above him. Then sounds of Steve sitting down next to him. And the his calloused hand running through Bucky's fur.

"Bucky, it's okay. Don't be afraid of me. I'm..." Steve paused. "I'm an idiot. You know that. I'm not angry at you. Please. Talk to me again."

Bucky's jaws locked up at the thought of speaking to Steve, awake. Having Steve see him like this.

Steve keeps running his hands through his fur and scratching his head. All things he'd do with Betsy, except that this time he's doing it knowing the horror that lies underneath the fur.

"You make me better, Bucky." Steve says, in that quiet voice he uses when he's thinking aloud. “Did you know what I did after you went into cryo? I started trying to fix things with Tony. Not because I got over you, but *because* I couldn't." Bucky turned his head a little. That didn't make sense.

Steve moves the scratch the newly exposed part of Bucky's head. "I remember standing there, overcome by your selflessness: making the ultimate sacrifice to protect the world from a potential threat. And there I was, hiding in Wakanda instead of doing something about the Accords."

"So when I heard mid-negotiation that you'd gone missing..." Steve's hand brushes over Bucky's left prosthetic, and carefully lifts up the hair covering his shoulder. Steve draws in his breath when he sees the last two plates left over from his arm, and traces a gentle finger along the seams. Ironic that the only part of him that Echols didn't change was that. "Oh Bucky," he breathes. And suddenly Steve's arms are all around him. "I'm NOT happier without you, Buck."

Bucky could feel Steve's breath, warm against his shoulder, more moist than usual. He lifts his head and nuzzles Steve's chin. Steve laughs, suddenly, his red-rimmed eyes crinkling with surprised joy. "And even after everything that HYDRA's done to you, you're still here. With me."

Bucky supposes that is so. Dog or human or HYDRA weapon, he just keeps coming back to Steve. It is his curse. It is his blessing. "Guess you're stuck with me," he manages to say. ("ehm ooa uhk weh ee.")

"Guess we're with each other until the end of the line, huh?" Steve smiles, and touches his forehead to Bucky's. Bucky feels like smiling, too. Then he yawns. Must be the beer. Or knowing that they're both still here.

Steve yawns, too. Gets up and stretches, tall and beautiful. Bucky drinks in the sight. He's not leaving this. And Steve wants him here. Steve catches him looking and smiles. "Let's figure out the rest tomorrow. Bedtime?" He pats the bed.

Bucky leaps onto the bed, and Steve settles in beside him, laying a protective arm around him.

Not a bad way to fall asleep, knowing that he'll wake up to Steve in the morning.

It takes a couple of months -- turned out that Steve still wanted to knock out the rest of the HYDRA bases on his list. ("Just because I've found you, Bucky, doesn't mean HYDRA's stopped doing evil. That was the mistake I made the first time.") And Steve also needed work with Tony to push through their amendments to the Sokovia Accords that would give the Avengers the right amount of accountability and autonomy. Life was pretty busy for a while, but as Steve's dog, Bucky never leaves Steve's side.

But with all of that out of the way, they suddenly had all of the resources of the Avengers at Bucky's disposal. Doctor Cho offered to help Bucky with reconstructing his body. But by then, Bucky'd kind of gotten attached to some of the simplicities of his current body, especially with Steve around to feed him and open doors. Being a dog hasn't stopped him from helping Steve, and so far none of the HYDRA triggers have kicked in. Plus when he's tired, he can just collapse against Steve and beg for head scritches. So he asks Dr. Cho to restore his tongue, but hesitates on fixing the rest of it. Not sure if there's anything to fix that HYDRA didn't already break.

Then someone talked to someone else talked to someone else, and one day there's a package at Steve's door. A magic collar that allows him to shift between dog and human with a simple toggle. Bucky looks at Steve, and they don't even need to say anything. They smile and shake their heads at the world that they live in and the friends they have.

Then Bucky triggers the collar and stands on two legs for the first time in over a year. The first thing he does is turn one of those round doorknobs. The second thing he does is grab Steve in a headlock. "Love ya, punk." Steve laughs. "You too, jerk."

Your standard 'Leftover Hydra agents find Steve on the edge of the river before anyone else, post-TWS' setup. Only none of them are all that interested in revenge or getting involved in some drawn out scenario that could bite them in the ass, they're mostly looking to flee the country before they're caught. But with Hydra going up in flames, they've got little to no resources and hardly any money.

But they do have a super soldier and a list of old contacts who'd jump at the chance to buy him.

So, Ex-Hydra goons setting up an auction for Captain America, being desperate enough for money that they'll sell him to anyone, no matter what they have planned for Steve.

Hydra captures Steve and decides to take advantage of the opportunity to run some experiments. They start with implanting a small device in his ball sack that lets them control when and how much he comes. It's very useful for semen collection...among other things. They test it extensively, starting by making him come to stimuli, images and physical sensations, that he's revolted by. ex. being peed on. The next phase of testing is just to see how many times in a row they can make him the maximum amount before his body can't produce enough semen to manage it.

In between tests, another group of hydra scientists is running their own experiments. They have a round device that is inserted in the ass and grows in size until it senses that the body around it can't take it anymore. It tests the elasticity of Steve's intestinal tract while taking readings and samples. For the best readings they have to keep it in for hours.

Finally a third group is experimenting to see what kind of nutritional content Steve's breast milk would have if they got him lactating. They try massaging his breasts, feeding him a different diet, and stimulating his "maternal instincts" to see if that had any effect on the milk.

All these experiments running at the same time make Steve's head spin. He's grossed out by what he's being made to come to, his boobs ache, he's stuffed with something that has his belly bulging, and some idiot is showing him baby pictures.

extra points for running the "How much can he come?" experiment while his stomach is bloated and he's leaking milk.

Double extra points for some Hydra lackey heckling Steve, telling him how pathetic he is, and pointing out that he looks pregnant and other embarrassing things.

All the points if coming so many times while appearing kind of pregnant messes with his head and the idea of actually being pregnant turns him on. The same goes for whatever gross things they showed/did to him when he was coming.

I'm into everything about this, but the belly bulging part is like... My #1 kink. Seconded so, so hard.

So what if Hydra gets to Steve and brainwashes him then lets him back out in the world to act as a sleeper agent. He is supposed to wait until Hydra is ready to make another move before revealing himself, but in the meantime he has orders to bring the winter soldier back in if he has the chance.

Steve finds Bucky and convinces him to come in and join him with the Avengers to get better. He promises that everything will be alright and that everything the winter soldier did isn't Bucky's fault. Bucky only finds out that it is all lies when it is too late.

Brainwashed Steve is compliant with all of Hydra's orders, including having sex with them, so to celebrate his success in bringing the Winter Soldier in, Steve gets to service some of their top agents. The cherry on the cake is them ordering Steve to fuck himself on Bucky's cock after everyone else is done.

While Bucky is training Natasha during the Winter Soldier/Red Room days, their handlers require demonstrations. Sometimes they watch their star assets spar in the ring; other times they want a ~different kind of physical performance.

Whether it's for sheer entertainment, a test of her seduction skills on his programming, research, meant to look porny or obviously noncon etc, all up to you. Bucky preferably in some semi-lucid state of mind and not just robotic SOLDAT mode, for extra feels??

Bucky wakes up to a blinding headache and a strange, dead feeling all down his left side. Snatches of sound and color run through his brain, memories or dreams of white coated doctors and saws and pain. He should be dead, he thinks. He remembers falling, remembers screaming out his terror while Steve got smaller and smaller above him. The fall should have killed him, but Bucky finds himself surprisingly unsurprised to be alive. A lot of things the past year should have killed him, ever since that nightmare in Azzano that still wakes him up shaking and sweating in the middle of too-cold nights.

Voices murmur around Bucky’s head. Steve must have come back for him. Of course Steve came back for him. He’s laying on something hard, a metal table that presses against the knobs of his spine. When he forces his eyes open, the lights are uncomfortably bright, filling his vision with stars that blur at the edges into silver and sick green. His limbs feel heavy and awkward. Even twitching his fingers and toes forces a low moan through his lips. Commotion breaks out somewhere around his feet, and the words, “It’s awake,” filter through the fog in his head.

Something is off about the words. If his head weren’t so sluggish and throbbing, he’d be able to figure out what. As it is, he focuses instead on moving his limbs. They’re all still attached, but the left arm feels like he’s been laying on it wrong for a few hours, leaden and unwieldy without even pins and needles to mark it as still alive. He gets his elbows to bend, ignoring the chatter around him in favor of bringing his hands into focus and flexing his fingers. At first he thinks his left arm is in some sort of cast. The light glints off it, and he can’t see an inch of flesh.

“Vital signs are steady,” another voice says. Sounds and images are growing clearer. As his headache fades, the knowledge of what’s wrong crashes sharp and sudden like a knife in his gut. The words are in German, and Bucky hasn’t been saved by Steve.

Steve is dead.

Steve flew a plane into the ocean and he is never going to save Bucky again.

Bucky’s worse than dead, a captive of Hydra, has been for several years now, and his arm should be gone. It should be a festering stump, but instead he was dragged into the room full of doctors and now he’s got an arm again, a hideous thing made of metal rings that slide over each other with quiet snicks and whispers as he moves.

One of the doctors approaches Bucky, a light shining bright behind him. Bucky reaches out with his new arm, grabs the doctor, and crushes his throat as easy as breathing. The commotion in the room grows louder. Shouting and the stink of fear fills the room, until a calm voice from his nightmares says, “Hush, Doctor. Did you not build in a safety measure?” Then Bucky is screaming, mind whiting out as electricity courses through the ugly new thing attached to his shoulder.

His body is left trembling in the aftermath. Bloody spit drips from his lips and his ears ring like Church bells, though he has never been further from God. He wonders, briefly, if Steve ever felt like this during one of his brushes with death. Several men approach him while he is still shivery and weak, holding guns in sweaty hands and watching him with eyes wide with fear. He hears the snick of restraints being fastened before the feeling of metal around his wrists and ankles registers. By the time he can react, he has been shackled like a feral dog to the lab table.

“Your old comrades made a deal with me,” says the calm voice. “My scientific expertise and information in return for conditional freedom. The chance to return to my work was easily temptation enough to agree.” The voice slides over Bucky’s skin, slips inside his panting mouth and crawls under his ribs to the squeeze at the rough-pounding flesh of his heart.

Bucky would puke, if only he’d eaten anything in the past two days.

“Have you thrown away the remains, yet?” Zola asks from somewhere to Bucky’s left.

“No sir.”

Zola hums, pleased. “Good. Keep them. I should like to try an experiment.”

Bucky's been held a prisoner for years, tortured half out of his mind, learned that Steve is dead, and then Hydra cut off what was left of his left arm and attached a weapon, and Bucky flips out. He tries to claw the metal arm off himself (maybe even resorts to chewing at the flesh part of his shoulder that he can reach). Naturally, Hydra can't have that.

In order to get him to accept the arm, they decide to show him just how completely every piece of his body belongs to them, not just the part made of metal. They restrain him, muzzle him (the first use of the muzzle, perhaps?), and proceed to rape and violate him in all sorts of cruel and creative ways, including coming on him, pissing on and in him, and making him come, too. At the end of it, they leave him chained up and lying in their filth for a few hours, just to really drive home the point. After, maybe he still hates the arm, but since the Hydra agents were successful at making him hate the rest of himself, too, he doesn't try to rip it off his body (their body) anymore.

Okay, so, post-Hydra, without regular raping going on, Bucky develops...issues. The issues are of the sort that he produces excess semen because of the serum, and basically the pressure in his balls get excruciating.

But...because of the trauma he's not really in the headspace for an actual sexual relationship, and masturbation is not something he can make work.

In the end, someone finds out and "helps" him by giving him regular "milkings" - i.e. just working his prostate with their fingers until he comes without being otherwise touched.

I'm fine with said person being male of female, but I would prefer an Avenger, and I would prefer some sort of emotional connection (if it does not start out that way, at least over time).

I'd prefer this Bucky to be mostly recovered (i.e. he has his memories, knows who he is, is not under influence of triggers etc), just really messed up sexually.

Bonus round:

-Bucky is pathetically begging for it by he time he admits it's a problem

- It's still awkward, humiliating and traumatic every time.

- The other party tries to be detached but progressively fails more and more at it.

- Real feelings come into play.

- Actual sex ensues at some point (you can take this in the broad sense, but my definition of it would be reciprocal sexual activity). It might still be traumatic as fuck, but hey they're trying.
