Bucky spends his downtime in Romania re-learning how his dick works and sadness-wanking over his memories of Steve (and maybe also of a few of the "nicer" Hydra handlers who would stick things in his ass to reward him after missions). By the time Steve breaks into the grotty Bucharest apartment in CW it smells of teenaged boy and the sad mattress and sleeping bag are full of cumstains and maybe the odd beer bottle or farmer's market carrot suspiciously covered with slick. And maybe one of the sad notebooks is a wanking journal with sweet or disturbing recollections like Steve -- tent in war -- army condoms -- sock gag or Technician in chair -- cylinder on penis -- pumping? -- floral smell?, and Bucky replicates each of the memories as best as he can for dirty purposes? Feel free to do this from Bucky's POV or Steve's, or in journal form, or whatever you think would be most entertaining.
