Steve gets captured by Hydra mid-TWS and injected with a truth serum that lowers inhibitions for interrogation. It basically makes him babble out whatever he's thinking at the time. (Un)fortunately for him one of the things he's thinking is that being tied up with his clothes half ripped off and surrounded by a bunch of fit jock-type STRIKE agents reminds him of a porno he saw once, and that he kind of has the hots for the creepy metal-armed guy. Cue trash party with epic levels of slut shaming and slurs about Captain America's masculinity.

Bonus points if this is the first time Steve has ever said anything about his sexuality to anyone. Extra bonus points if Steve actually -decides- to continue humiliating himself sexually with more and more deeply buried confessions, so he doesn't let any real tactical information slip.
