As part of his attempts to recreate the super serum in Azzano, Zola runs through some tests to determine whether Bucky’s a good candidate for being HYDRA’s super soldier. Some of these tests involve testing Bucky’s sexual functioning: measuring his dick and balls, testing whether he can reach/maintain erections, doing an invasive anal inspection for signs of homosexuality (since they can’t have a super soldier with that particular aberration), milking his prostate to check that everything’s in working order. Maybe setting up a fucking machine to test his stamina.

Just give me all the trashy medical play with stoic Bucky who’s trying to keep it together even as the tests get more invasive and humiliating, with a Zola who seems alternately pleased and disgusted by how Bucky’s body reacts to his touch.
