rumlow stumbles upon a bucky who has been surviving on his own for a while and is basically a prostitute now because that boy has to eat. maybe he finds him on accident or on purpose. important is that the soldier sucking dick for money is hilarious and maybe there's still enough soldier left in bucky to grant rumlow a nice night in exchange for money (that he might or might not receive)
