Prompt: Rumlow captures Steve and Bucky who are in a romantic relationship with each other. Of course Rumlow being a sadistic fuck, decides the best way to get his revenge is raping Bucky in front of Steve to break their spirits. The kicker: It doesn’t go as planned. Bucky is mortified at first but then Steve starts “ignoring” Rumlow and what he’s doing and tells Bucky that nothing could ever change how much he loves him instead, basically talking his boyfriend through it. I just want stubborn Steve defying Rumlow instead of pleading and crying as expected and Bucky going from deeply ashamed and afraid to feeling supported despite what’s happening to him. It definitely ruins the experience for Rumlow while his victims manage to strengthen their bond through the trauma.
Bonus points: Bucky was always afraid Steve would judge him if he learned every trash past detail (shutting him down with “you weren’t there” when Steve expressed sympathy in the past maybe), especially about him getting aroused during the rapes but when Steve notices/ Rumlow draws attention to it this time Steve gives a big speech on how it’s not Bucky’s fault/ it’s just a physical reaction...
