For whatever reason (punishment? unknowingly volunteering to become Asset 2.0? blackmail?) our favourite garbage fire Brock Rumlow ends up in The Chair. However, due to the fact that he lacks Bucky's super soldier resistance, he ends up getting his brain fried rather than just having his memory wiped.
Cue Brock being discarded as a failed experiment and his ex-subordinates (would prefer if it wasn't Rollins though), Pierce, the Soldier, whoever really having their merry way with him while he cannot resist (and all he can do in fact is drool and whine and be a brain damaged mess).
+ Because I'm a massive sap, ultimate bonus points for Hydra Husbands hurt/comfort, Jack taking care of Brock after, etc etc.
