The Winter Soldier "user manual" states that the Asset requires regular to frequent sessions of receptive anal coitus to keep it docile--ie, Hydra agents need to fuck it to keep it happy. Here's the twist I'd like: this time, it's the Hydra agent who doesn't want it. The Asset's handler assigns some painfully straight guy to take care of the Asset's "docility regimen" and while dude has zero interest in fucking anything male-shaped, the consequences of failing any assignment on the Winter Soldier Program are dire even by Hydra standards, so he's gotta soldier on and pound that butt.
