Post-mission 'reward'

After every successful mission some HYDRA guy 'gets' to jerk the asset off. Maybe it's a reward thing or the asset gets all excited thanks to adrenaline but it happens every time. Maybe it's always the same guy who has to do it, maybe he even likes it. There's something about reducing the most deadly assassin to a pliant mess after all.
+ it just so happens that it's always a tall blonde dude with a kind smile who does the job
+++++ Bucky gets so used to it that he never considers touching himself once he's free and instead goes to Steve or someone else, begging/asking them to help him out
