New anon here. I agree, but what about past HYDA/TWS nastyness? Whatever else was problematic with angry!anon's prompts, I would not have considered them off-topic because they did contain meme-specific elements as a back-story. (And could have been made more prominent via flashbacks, etc.)

So, is it ok the have prompts focusing on the aftermath of Bucky's life as party favor?

Personally, I'm in for that, because the meme may otherwise exhaust itself of new prompts sooner than later, but maybe I just lack imagination! ^^
