On a mission, the Winter Soldier is ordered to rape one of his targets--either before killing them, to cast doubt about the profile or motives of the killer, or leaving the person alive as an intimidation/demoralization tactic.

It can be an OC or a character we already know, as long as they're a target rather than a captive, i.e. someone who's trying to run or fight back. Because basically I want the Winter Soldier being terrifying for the exact reasons he's terrifying on screen: he's relentless, inexorable, totally impersonal, and he's not going to stop until his mission's been terminated with extreme prejudice. Only. You know. The guilty trash rape fantasy version of that.
