Stephanie Rogers (Barnes if she was married to Bucky) was Captain America until she was taken by HYDRA, brainwashed, and turned into a party favor for all of HYDRA's elite to enjoy.

When Rumlow eventually joins HYDRA and rises in the rank, he gets to use Stephanie for himself, and he surprises her by showing some tenderness. He isn't by any terms nice, but their Asset is actually able to feel pleasure when Rumlow's the one using her.
