The first time I watched CA2, I was deeply amused by the mooks handing the WS his weapons. Like, "here is sir's grenade launcher..."
But it's actually pretty creepy. He doesn't even do that for himself, and killing is his primary function. So now I'm thinking -- when was the last time Bucky dressed himself, or shaved himself, or washed himself? Does he eat, or is it easier for them to snake a feeding tube up his nose and down the back of his throat? Does he remember how to sleep without them pumping him full of benzos when they want him off and uppers when they want him back on?
Give me all the medical horror and lack of bodily autonomy. Sexualized or not.
