I know this topic comes up periodically, but I always enjoy reading people's answers, and I know there are more people around than have answered in the past, along with new people! So, trash denizens, what are some of your favorite trash tropes? I'll start.

I really like exploring dehumanization through things like Bucky being called "it" while with Hydra, or Hydra operatives nonchalantly ordering him to do horrible things while otherwise ignoring him. Just the casual little things that say so much in very few words.

On the other hand, I also love touch-starved Bucky who turns into a fawning puppy as soon as someone appears to be nice to him.
