oh gosh yes this sounds more amazing by the minute. (Steve would totally want to not switch back until Bucky's body is properly healed... it's kind of rude otherwise, no?) But also if Bucky-as-Steve is being forced to watch/clean up, he'd know *exactly* what parts hurt, right? And treat Steve-as-Bucky the way that he wish he'd been treated...

But also Steve coping with Bucky's body in the aftermath, and realizing how much effort Bucky usually spends keeping all these reactions and stuff in control.... basically *really* appreciating how hard it is to be Bucky.
