Yes! Also have you seen the raw violence these guys are capable of? Whoever's weaker than them deserves to be ripped apart.

Maybe they do so much damage to the asset that this is the incident that sees the program discontinued and them put on ice?

(I got the impression in the movie they were never used - the serum amplified their violent destructive tendencies and they couldn't be controlled - hence Bucky having to protect his handler and get him out of there)

I got the same impression. Imagine, all the time and money that went into a project like this. Would they have aborted it that easily? I think they at least tried to fix their hyper violent supersoliders - namely by letting them have a prolonged stress relief party with the asset, hoping they'd be less violent once they were truly sated.

I got the same impression. Bucky was more controllable (either because they had to break him or because he's a good person so his serum didn't make him MONSTROUS), so the monsters weren't worth the peril of deploying them. So if the dangerous rogue Winter Soldiers rape the functional Winter Soldier into an unconscious bloody mess on the ground, yep, that would get them put on ice.

Danng! I want this. Yeah, when bucky was talking about the super soldiers, you could tell he was scared of them. Them fucking him to pieces while he's trying to train them would be a good basis for that.
