(Almost certainly not what you were thinking, but: my head automatically went to some weird David Lynch-esque scene when you mentioned Bucky-Bear being told to trash on Steve - like, maybe Steve had been drugged, so it all seems like a weird, horrible nightmare as he's railed by a guy in a bear suit while onlookers jeer.)
