Sometime post CW, a fairly isolated Hydra cell captures Steve and Bucky. They immediately try to reset Bucky but oops! they found a way to fix that little trigger word problem. The Hydra cell doesn't have the resources to wipe him, but they need the Asset and they need it *now*. So they resort to the only way of controlling him they have left: Steve.

Bucky is faced with the choice of doing what they want or watching Steve be violently raped. It's a fucking hard decision.
