OP, how would you feel about this being Rollins instead of Rumlow?

(Rollins could, after all, be blamed every bit as much as Rumlow for Insight's failure, and if this takes place after CW then Rumlow is dead, leaving his erstwhile second without any sort of protection from their old compatriots.)
