Pierce makes the asset serve him and his buddies (preferably in something that resembles a french maid outfit) and makes him do things like take their orders, bring their food out, and basically be at their beck and call. I want a very nervous WS desperately trying to get to everyone and having them mess with him (trip him while he's bringing the food out, deliberately call for him while he's taking orders from someone else, etc) with as much humiliation as possible.
