Hydra makes Bucky a cat hybrid in an attempt to sharpen his reflexes and senses further. This means he's got the cat ears and tail, but also a cat's dick, barbed and hidden in a sheath. I'd like to see uncomfortable medical examinations of that dick and Bucky being forced to rape someone with it. Maybe touch upon the dysphoria Bucky might feel going from human to part-cat.
