A recovering Bucky starts hallucinating visions of the people he killed. They tell him he deserved the punishment he got from HYDRA, that he deserved to be raped and beaten.

He knows they're not really there, but he's too ashamed to tell anyone he's seeing things.

It's up to you if it's permanent, if it's his own mind making things up, if it's HYDRA fucking with his meds, etc.

I'd prefer Bucky to be in a relationship with Steve, but it's also up to you.
