(AA) Yeah, it's relatively benign, but it's still Hydra-caused. It's still an aspect of their violation and control over Bucky, and both Bucky and Steve hate that so much. Not to mention Steve's internal conflict over how he's responding to the situation.

Poor Steve. He's in way over his head and has no idea what the right thing is to do in this situation.
