Whether it ties in with Civil War, is in a HYDRA wins scenario or whatever, my needs are simple: the other Winter Soldiers are impossible to control without some kind of outlet to work out their aggression and strength. Cue HYDRA tossing the old, broken Asset into their cage, and letting them go to town. After all, once the new Winter Soldiers are under control, they won't need the Asset to be functional anymore. At least not for anything more than its new purpose: the Soldiers' new (fuck)toy.

Cue repeated brutal, violent gangbangs on WS!Bucky, the kind that only a supersoldier would be able to survive. Up to you how much 'Bucky' he has left, or how much he fights back before they subdue him.
