- Bucky tries it and almost succeeds, except the serum works too well. (Does his tongue grow back or does he lose the ability to speak?)
- HYDRA puts a ring gag on him 24/7 to prevent it from happening (again). And hey, since the guy's mouth is already open and drooling... anyone can get access. ;) - (It's also why he gets tube-fed)
- HYDRA pulls out his teeth and makes him earn them back.
- He's only allowed to talk and eat after they've trained him that his mouth (and his tongue) are not his.
- Various juicy aftermath mouth autonomy issues.
Anyways, I'd love anything along any of these lines.
