There’s a fill on here where Rumlow brutally tortures a post-WS Bucky in an effort to turn him back into the Winter Soldier. In that, he uses violence as his tool; I’d like to see something where he uses pleasure instead.

Stuff like keeping Bucky chained up and blindfolded, clamps on his nipples and a vibrating plug in his ass, with just enough movement to rub off on the floor but never enough to actually make himself come, and leaving him like that for days on end, with the aim that he’ll be so desperate to come he’ll do anything. Even say Hail Hydra.

I’m down for all kinds of nasty - sounding, fisting, CBT, double penetration (if Rumlow brings in ‘helpers’), whatever your heart desires - but preferably no scat or bottom!Rumlow.
