I know this isn't the kind of story we usually write here and Steve is a stoic bastard who can hide a lot of damage, but indulge me. Steve Rogers gets captured by your choice of Hydra villain(s) and subjected to brutal sexual abuse, and... comes out of it mostly OK?
Which doesn't necessarily mean unaffected. There's plenty of room for him to be shaken, furious, disgusted, embarrassed, grieving his first time if he was a virgin, off-balance about his sexual orientation, or any other reaction that seems natural for him. But he is stubbornly, relentlessly reasonable about blame (theirs) and responsibility (mostly theirs--he's going to study how he lost that fight, but he's lost enough fights with bullies to know that's hardly a rape-able offense). He knows it was more about violence and cruelty than sex, no matter how much sexual shame it managed to dredge up. His self-worth is fine, even if his dignity's seen better days. He tries to strike a balance between acknowledging vulnerability to his teammates and insisting on some privacy for working through the gory details. If he eventually starts/resumes having sex with a partner, he's tense about some acts that resemble what was done to him, but not to the point of flashbacks or other trigger responses.
Basically give me Steve Rogers getting raped and not ending up traumatized or dysfunctional about it, even if he's hurting quite a bit in the aftermath. Yes, it's a power fantasy. Like I said, indulge me.
Huge bonus if he retains his dry Steve-ish sense of humor throughout.
Steve actually is fine
