Rumlow likes to fuck with the asset: mocking him, trying to get him drunk, taking advantage of his lack of autonomy for sexual purposes - he thinks it's hilarious. During mission downtime/post-mission wait for extraction, Rumlow gets the idea to give him cocaine for shits and giggles. Just to see what effect it has on the asset's lack of personality.

It results in making him more outgoing, talkative (perhaps some of the old Bucky breaking through) and aroused. Extremely aroused. Basically I want to see WS all fucked up on coke and Rumlow being amused by it.

Up to author how Rumlow responds to the asset's ahem, needs.
Does Rumlow:
(a) get him all worked up with no release
(b) tell the asset to touch himself while he watches
(c) fuck him
(d) let the asset fuck him
