massaging his prostate...as in actually physically feeling it. Don't ask me how it would happen, probably a lot of body!horror and needing to temporarily shift some organs around ("Steve, please do excuse us as we temporarily shift your bladder a little so we can get to your prostate. And oh wow, your liver really is something, isn't it? So efficient...mind if we take part of it, to study?") I DON'T KNOW OKAY, THINGS DON'T HAVE TO MAKE SENSE. Livers regenerate, and I'm sure Steve could easily go without half of his and still be able to grow it back somehow.
The most experience I've had with human anatomy is that one time I spent three hours in a cadaver lab, and lemme tell ya, it was simultaneously the most fascinating and horrifying thing I've ever seen in my life. The human body is weird.
