I'm by no means an expert - but from what I've seen pass and not pass on the meme I gather that with recovery prompts, you have to make it clear that it's recovery from trashy things and not just random post-CA:TWS recovery.

That way, you implicate that there might be horribly relevant flashbacks, or at least Bucky's mindset is still twisted from everything he's suffered through. If you mention that plus make sure you don't ask for canonly good people being their dark alter egos or the other way round, you should be fine!
