Seconding this request! This fandom is severely lacking in dark!Steve, and I've been craving more ever since I read the Sometimes the Bad Guys Win AU stuff (which for the most part seems to have been deleted, RIP, sob). The fic w/ Bucky torturing some guy while Steve watched made me especially happy c:

I haven't read that before, too. (Kind of sad that I am too late to join the party, and some of the fics people rec have gone already.)
