As the author of this minifill (http://hydratrashmeme.dreamwidth.org/587.html?thread=1076555#cmt1076555), I am pleased to offer Paul as an OC for anyone who wants to use him. He's a bit of a Hydra newbie, tends to get stuck with the scutwork for various technical departments (I originally had him in wardrobe for another prompt), good-natured but a little ineffectual, and enough of a dork he probably thinks those horrible technician outfits from the bank vault scene are cool. And a fascist who participates in dehumanization and torture without batting an eyelash, although in Hydra that goes without saying.
