Re: HYDRA trash party OCs
None of the OCs I've listed are field medics as far as I know, although Mercer seems to have made the leap from lab technician to STRIKE team member; she was also the one explaining the effects of sex pollen to Steve so she might have some medical training. You could ask her creator Stoatsandwich? :)
