On the "post new work" page, there should be a field to add the fic to a collection. Type in "hydratrashmemeanon" (or start typing and let the auto-complete do its magic). That's it. Adding a fic to an anonymous collection will make it show up as anon; you'll still get comment notifications, but any replies you post will show up as "Anonymous Creator."

The only glitch I know of is that if you make multiple anon works part of a series, the series will show up on your profile page even if the individual stories don't.
