I didn't happen to see the post you mentioned, nor I wish to (shudder), but be totally honest, while enjoying the partying here, I know for a fact not everyone agrees with every rule implemented on dreamwidth HTP, so I can understand if they'd rather party on tumblr where every kind of posting is allowed.
