My absolute favorite is humiliation. Especially with very strong characters, just bringing them down and making them hate themselves a little bit - especially if there are onlookers. Basically any kind of humiliation is awesome but I think the best is the whole idea of "you couldn't prevent this from happening" that comes along with a character being forced to do or endure something they really would rather not. (A close second would be when their body betrays them and starts reacting positively to rape - again, it basically comes down to the idea of not being in control.)

I do like aftermath and comfort as well, but that's not the main event. My emotions and kinks are both satisfied primarily by the hurt side of hurt/comfort.
