Let’s take the typical recovery story of Bucky still thinking of himself as the Asset and Steve or someone else as his handler and just starting to believe Steve’s promises of affection and safety. Bucky/the Asset can almost believe all the rapes and punishments and violence might be over.

Cue an attack on them that results in a) having to fight and b) sex pollen. Up to filler whether actual mutually noncon sex happens or only a lot of terror and misery and setbacks.

hydra goons giving the asset all kinds of nasty shit to eat (whatever they picked up from a sidewalk/dug out of a garbage bin, spoiled/rotten food, cum covered tissues, tissues used by a goon with a nasty cold, etc.), telling it it's all good and a treat after a successful mission or after the asset has been good during a trash party. maybe some of it makes it sick and they rape it while it's completely out of its mind. of course it doesn't see anything wrong with any of it because it's handler tell it it's all a reward (and the only food it's allowed to eat anyway).

The Red prefers Captain Rogers like this: pliant, eager to please. All it took was one small cut below the cheek, who woul have known? The thin metal plate now shining below his eye was easy to ignore in favor of the lack of that fight they had burned out of the national hero's gaze.
Now it was dull, like an animal's and what an animal he had become, the villain mused and tapped his knee.

"Come here, dog.", he ordered. Not a minute later the captain was crawling on all fours, still wobbly but considerably less so than he had been soon after the procedure.
"Do these boots look clean to you?" Of course there was no answer. Emtpy blue stared at him uncomprehendingly. He just hadn't been taught yet.

"Lick them clean.", he said and when no reaction came scoffed. The downside was that they had to teach him everything. Schmidt grabbed a fistful of blond strands eliticing a beautiful, confused whine of pain and shoved the man
s face onto his steel capped leather boots.
"Lick." He rubbed Rogers' face across the cap and repeated "Lick" Finally the soft lapping sound of a tongue could be heard and he released his grip, then patted the head.

"Good boy.", he said and leant back into his his rich armchair. The crackle of the fireplace and the wet sounds from the ground made for a lulling background noise as he returned to the mundane tasks of reviewing reports.
It was just after the fire had but dimmed to a faint glow and required maintenance that inspiration struck. He got up, startling Rogers who made a faint questioning sound. He paid him no mind.

"I think we should prepare you for your visitor, no?", he spoke and threw another log into the fire. Rogers didn't answer, shoulders slumped and heavy such a beautiful look on the once so proud man.

"Lie down here.", he instructed. Once more crawling Rogers gracelessly fell down next to the fire. "On your back", Schmidt specified and kicked the other man's side causing him to yowl in surprise and pain.

"Wait here. I'll be right back."

When he returned he was pleased to find Rogers in the same position he had left him in. Holding up the object he had retrieved, he approached the fire and pressed the iron into the embers.

"Do you know what this is?", he asked, not expecting an answer of any kind. The captain had shown no capability to speak to this day and as the scientiests assured him likely wouldn't.
"This is an iron used to brand cattle.", he explained, keeping his tone gentle. "Are you cattle?", he asked then grinned: "You are, you are Hydra's pet and as such have to be marked, don't you?"

No sign of understanding dawned on Rogers face but it was all the same to Schmidt. He knelt down next to him and grabbed his hand, guided it toward Rogers' own cock, soft between nude legs.

"I want you to jerk yourself of.", he said "And don't you dare stop. that is an order." he let go of the hand which started the motion, tentatively, unsure. Orders had been the first thing Rogers had been taught after. Schmidt grinned and flicked one soft nipple with ihis gloved hand. Rogers whined but didn't stop the jerking motion even when Schmidt continued his onslaught onto the small bud. "Order!", he barked when Rogers' hand below moved to grab for the iron, to remove the source of pain and was pleasently surprised when the hand returned to the straining cock, now more squeezing than strocking.

"I am not removing this until you come.", he said, noting the tears that fled freely from reddened eyes, ignoring the sobs and gasps of pain as the iron continued to burn.
"Jerk yourself off.", he repeated and pressed down more.

It took longer than expected, maybe Captain America wasn't as much a masichsit as previously thought, but he came. Thick squirts of come covered the pale stomach and Schmidt's boot.

So, let's say Hydra has the technology to produce full-grown Bucky clones/duplicates. The serum isn't transferrable because it's not genetic, so they can't make a host of Winter Soldiers. But Hydra instead makes a bunch of "backups" for when Bucky Prime is too damaged and needs transplants. The Soldier's foot gets cut off during a fight? Cut one off one of the replicas and sew it on, problem solved. The Soldier gets shot through the kidney? Take one out of one of the spares. The Soldier loses an eye in combat? There's plenty of eyeballs to go around, just grab one from the duplicates. The Soldier is burned on a mission? Take a skin graft from one of the duplicates.

But when Bucky leaves Hydra after the events of CA:TWS, that means there are a bunch of disabled/horrifically mutilated duplicates in need of rescue. Most of them are missing at least some skin, teeth, limbs, organs, etc that have gone into the Soldier's maintenance.

You decide what happens to them/what happened to them all while they were with Hydra! Did Hydra use the duplicates on each other for trash parties? Did some of them die? Were they ever kept conscious for long enough to develop personality and get to know each other, or were they kept in tanks and only taken out for long enough to harvest parts from them? Was some attempt made in the beginning to program the Soldier's knowledge into them, thus leaving them with vestiges of Bucky's personality and desires and skills?

I'm releasing this idea into the wild, but if you want to write something for ME, here's what I'd enjoy:

+ Steve and a herd of Buckies, all of whom love him to some degree, and all of whom he desperately wants to protect and care for
++ Bucky not having to be alone during recovery because there's a whole group of others with his same brain structure and similar experiences
+++ The replicas being taken care of and given the medical care they need to survive out of stasis, including giving each other spare kidneys and such so they can all survive

it has nearly been three whole years since civil war came out, and ive honestly yet to see a filled trash prompt involving the main villain of the film! some ideas:
-he was part of a sokovian kill squad iirc, and probably had encounters with hydra as a result. plus, there was that hydra base in the woods outside the city.
-he had the little red book with all the deets on controlling tws and making him do whatever he wanted (or inadvertently triggering trash party mode by accident)
-post-capture retribution by remains of cia!hydra for ruining their plans for the asset

Simple concept for my trashy prompt: Bucky and the Avengers get captured by Hydra. Bucky gets the trash treatment in front of the others (the good old gang rape and tell) but there’s a twist: They try to make him come as hard as they can, though threatening that if he does get off they will cut off a teammate’s ear or nose or something else sinister. Whatever you decide, the important thing is that there will be consequences. Bucky does his best to resist of course but with Hydra’s unfair methods it’s not very effective.

+ they’re mostly tender, jacking him off or trying to nail his prostate when they fuck or finger him to make him feel enough “pleasure” to come despite the threats
++ when bucky physically can’t come from manual stimulation anymore and thinks they’re finally through with him they shove a stun baton up his ass and switch it on so he’ll ejaculate again and again

I know you guys talked about collars before.
But what if sometimes during sex with Winter Soldier, they put a choking collar and leash on him and pull on it?
The goons realize Winter Soldier is scared of being choked so to scare him into submission, they choke him with things or they just choke him for fun and to see him scared.

No reason Hydra couldn't have tried similar shit, especially trying to "depattern" Bucky. Go wild, trash babies.

Not sure if this is trashy enough, but here goes:

Bucky's beaten/raped, and Bruce sees it. Maybe he's hacked into HYDRA's security cameras or something, idk, but he sees it and it reminds him too much of his childhood abuse (and later experiments by the army) so he goes green and hulk smashes the entire hydra base, and rescues Bucky.
Bucky's still a mess and is convinced this giant green thing is going to hurt him and maybe even fuck him, and he doesn't know if he'd survive a cock that big.
Hulk does not hurt him and treats him like a beloved pet or doll (not sexually- petting, cuddling, feeding, the kinds of thing you'd see kid do with their favorite toy) which confuses and scares the hell out of Bucky. Eventually he passes out. Hulk takes an unconscious Bucky back to the avengers.

Must include: Bruce seeing Bucky beaten/tortured/raped and rescuing Bucky.

+10 for Bucky waking up with Bruce treating him and panicking.
+100 if Bruce is treating rectal or penile injuries.
+1000 for poorly concealed Jealous!Steve which in turn triggers Bucky further.

One day, when Bucky is eating in a nice yet cheap food place, he suddenly remembers the times he was fed at Hydra and got severe food poisoning; he recalls being unable to stand up without throwing up or feeling like he was going to throw up and how Hydra forced him to work more through it. He's even thrown up in the mask and choked on his own vomit, causing him to fail a mission.

The memory puts him off his meal so he just gets up and leaves but it causes him to avoid eating for the rest of the day so Steve/someone else has to prompt him so he doesn't starve himself out of paranoia and fear of getting food poisoning.

+ Hydra punishes the Assert for failing with feeding it raw chicken to make him even sicker.

++ The person ends up force feeding Bucky which makes him panic and vomit the food back up.

The asset's medical exams were used as an excuse to spend some quality time edging, teasing, and otherwise fucking with the Winter Soldier.

Post-Insight, Steve finally manages to talk Bucky into letting Bruce/Strange/Helen/some other unfortunate medical type look him over. Bucky's anticipating all manner of poking and prodding and getting berated ("You're making such a mess over this? You'd think the fist of HYDRA would be better than a bitch in heat") and he's so confused when that doesn't happen that his companions can't help but take notice. Cue them asking what's wrong and Bucky haltingly explaining how these things usually go, figuring out as he does that what he went through was far from normal.

ONE BILLION bonus points for any of the following:
*Bucky being so used to being mocked and insulted that even the most innocuous of positive comments like "You're doing really well" either turns him on or tears him up
*Bucky's confusion that it's only himself, Steve, and the doctor in the room, because usually there's a lot of other people there to watch.
*Steve/the doctor getting uncomfortably aroused by Bucky's descriptions, and hating himself for it
*The HYDRA exams required a ton of semen samples, because naturally fluid obtained via prostate stimulation is different than that obtained by manual touch via the asset's left hand, which is different from that obtained by the right hand. All of it coming from pre-ejaculate, of course, because he was making enough of a mess with just that, they weren't about to let him come and make more.
*Bucky feeling humiliated and horrified at the realization of what happened to him, but also kind of disappointed because it was still the best thing about HYDRA and now that's ruined too.

The mindwipes affected episodic but not procedural memory--it wouldn't do to have the Winter Soldier lose his skills between missions. After he escapes Hydra, some of Bucky's recollections of people and events start coming back to him, but most of them stay lost.

So it's not that he remembers being raped. But he does remember flashes of his and Steve's sex life from before he fell, and he can do the comparison. He's at a loss for any other explanation of where his gag reflex went. How he can take it up the ass with no prep and barely any lube now. Why he habitually falls into particular positions during sex--exposing himself but also bracing himself. Where that one flinch response came from. He racks his brain for any memories of sexual abuse, but he can't find them. Only the evidence buried in his own reflexes.

*Bonus for any post-trauma shame/recovery.

We’ve got a fair amount of Steve caring for Bucky after HYDRA trash: so let’s have the reverse. After HYDRA does whatever trashy thing(s) to a captured Steve that filler wants (gangbang, medical experiments, torture, any combination of all of these, etc.), he’s rescued (and/or accompanied in his captivity by, your call) by the Winter Soldier. The Soldier tries to offer help in whatever way he can, influenced by his own memories of what was done to him. Some ideas:

-The Winter Soldier awkwardly but earnestly trying to care for Steve, based on his limited memories of comfort/the kinds of things he wished his handlers would do for him/his methods of soothing himself.
-The situation triggering the Soldier’s own panic responses
-Things the Soldier thinks are helpful actually retraumatizing Steve
-Steve trying to hide what’s happened to him but the Soldier finding out/intuiting it anyway
-Steve in crisis mode, still unsure whether the Soldier is an enemy or not
-Someone else stumbles on the whole situation and thinks the Soldier did this to Steve

How long do we keep this dumpster spoiler free again? I have some fresh Endgame ideas that I’m dying to share.

Hydra goons have tried to trash party the winter soldier before, it doesn't end well. The soldier always snaps and kills or claims whoever tries except for Captain Hydra then the Capatain asserts that the soldier belongs to him in front of all the hydra goons.

Now it's become a tradition after missions to blow off steam watching the Captain and the soldier have their own trash party for two.

But sometimes one of them has a memory trigger during a mission or their mindwipe fails a little, and their left confused. Like sometimes the soldier feels like "I know him, I love him, I trust him" and is crying as Captain Hydra fists him cruelly, or the Captain is confused about why he cares about the soldiers pleasure or wants to curl around the soldier and protect him from the watching Hydra goons as the Winter Soldier chokes himself on the Captains cock. Sometimes both of them are in full asset mode and the sex is brutal. But rarely they sync up and suddenly their making love in a room of Hydra agents trying to remember each other

Bucky as the WS has a severely limited understanding of consent. He's never been given the opportunity to consent or not. He doesn't know it exists. He's not a blindly sexual being either - he understands hurting people, he understands (on some level) humiliation), but. He really does not understand how all this works.

He's locked in a room with Steve, towards whom he feels that strange cocktail of emotions and memories, and he's been dosed with an absolutely absurdly potent aphrodisiac.

What happens next is up to you.

Post-Trisk Winter Soldier regains some of the memories of his abuse and decides that revenge on those who hurt him is the best way to proceed. The only thing is that due to being brain-fried he gets some of it wrong.

Enter Rumlow and Rollins, now on the run and in some sorta mutually exclusive kinda healthy relationship. And while they were not exactly nice to the Soldier and didn't do anything to stop others from hurting him, they aren't responsible for the bulk of physical/sexual abuse. 'Cept that WS gets it completely wrong, associating his past abuse with his most recent handlers.

Cue Bucko tracking down R&R and having some quality revenge on very confused HYDRA agents who almost got way and really don't think they deserve it.

+10000000 extra point for the Soldier making Rumlow and Rollins hurt each other (maybe he remembers it as an interrogation method from way back, IDK)

During a normal trash party, the goons are being too rough with the assert's throat so he ends up vomiting what he ate last and some blood. Being disgusted at the mess, they force him to lick up the vomit and eat it while someone is still fucking him.
