Spinal cord injury, filth

What it says on the tin - after failing to kill Steve bucky is punished by his handlers which results in a spinal cord injury (they probs know their way around the serum so it doesn't heal at all) As result his legs are barely functional, he can't control his bladder and can't get it up.
In a way this is worse than going full on catatonic fuckpotato since bucky still has a mostly working brain and All the conflicting feelings about remembering Steve/trying to get out of his predicament and not being able to and wanting to stay with Hydra bcuz he won't manage on his own in the outside world but not being sure if he can be still considered useful and attractive in his current condition
(He def can and his handlers are glad to show him)
+ Humiliation. Lots of it. Neglect filth all the gross goodness. Hydra goons pretending to be grossed out by the soldier yet still using them as their fucktoy
+ Bucky regaining memories and struggling. He not gone full on fuckpotato so he is trying to resist but whoever is taking their turn just finds it amusing
++++ Steve coming to the rescue and hoping for easy physical and mental recovery for bucky but it's not looking good and the injury doesn't ever get better
