From the looks of the full panel, it's a doppelganger/replacement plot. So it's basically already retconned. :)

I did read on Buzfeed (I know) that it is 'the real Steve Rogers' tho

Sure, but that doesn't mean it's the real Steve Rogers from 616. It could be the real Steve Rogers from two universes over.

THIS. It's not even out yet and tumblr is already going batshit crazy. Marvel wants the controversy because alas, now everybody talks about the new comic. And people are not only falling for it, they're overdoing it like woah. Sometimes I worry about people's priorities. It's a comic. It's a fictional character. For the love of god, calm down.
