garbage all the way down ([personal profile] trashmod) wrote in [community profile] hydratrashmeme2014-11-15 10:27 am

Chatter post

For all your discussion needs.

Ground rules:
- Try to keep it loosely trash party related, or at least Cap fandom related.
- Disagreement is fine, nastiness is not.
- Being offended is not carte blanche for nastiness.
- Trashmeme ground rules apply. Read at your own risk, no romanticizing your noncon garbage, no wank about the moral acceptability of noncon kink.
- Body shots, sniper shots, and tetanus shots are all available at the open bar. Party like it's 2014, kids.

Theoretically there's still Avengerkink, even if it's a lot slower, but no one filled any of my prompts on the last three years or so, so it's stopped being funny for me to keep participating. Well, no one filled any of my prompts here either, regrettably.

Now I do AO3 gift exchanges to get to prompt and fill my favorite MCU stuff, of both the trashy and romantic kinds.

I can rec you Avengers Fest, a gift exchange about anything MCU (Marvel comics and other canons are optional), it's great because it's hand matched and mods try to assign participants who appear having compatible likes and dislikes and and at least a pairing in common. Signups just got open: avengersfest.livejournal.com

Or MCU AU Fest, a gift exchange where you get to request and write AUs and Divergent Canon AUs for your ship, it's one of the funniest exchanges I know. mcu-aufest.livejournal.com

There's also Marvel Is Marvel: marvelismarvel.dreamwidth.org

Or Trick or Treat, multifandom, to have fun and writing short either fluffy or dark stories even as non participant. trickortreatex.dreamwidth.org Or Smut Swap, same than Trick or Treat, but only for smutty entries. smutswap.livejournal.com

Sorry if my recs aren't what you were hoping for.
