Here's another idea for Pierce to ruin Bucky with milk. After completing a mission, HYDRA sends Bucky to Pierce's house, where Pierce is waiting for him with a basin full of milk so he can give him a sponge bath to get all the grime off. There's also a large bathtub filled with milk and rose petals. Lots of pretty candles too, for ambiance. Maybe Pierce makes Bucky soak in it to soften his skin.
