Probably not depending on whether the guards wanted his "beauty" all to themselves. Unless they do it as a threat to the others if they stand out of line.

They might not actually see it happen, but what if they can hear the guards talking among themselves about how much fight they had to beat out of their latest bitch? (Gabe for sure speaks German, I think, so he could be translating what they're saying, and they all think that it's Bucky but they don't know for sure)

(OP) I am up for either of these scenarios! Either the Howlies actually having some evidence of what's been happening, or them not knowing for sure and Bucky not wanting them to find out. Both possibilities have the potential for horrible pain and I love it!

And then what if Gabe has to make the choice of translating something that could identify the guy they've been talking about as Bucky--is it better that the others know Bucky's alive, or better to keep it to himself that he knows Bucky's been raped, and how does he handle it when Bucky gets out of it alive. :(

That would be such a good scene! He's translating to the guys and then the guards say something that makes Gabe go pale and stutter to a stop. All the guys are worried and keep asking him what the guards said, but Gabe refuses to tell them
