There's a series on AO3 where Bucky turns little sometimes but there was a televised trial and basically everyone knows exactly like this and it's awful and makes for painful great reading. I would love to see more of this kind of thing!

I believe anon means the Alexander Pierce Should Have Died Slower series (http://archiveofourown.org/series/114886), specifically Blaming the Gun, which details the Winter Soldier's trial (http://archiveofourown.org/works/3246026) but the entire series is a fantastic fandom classic.
