AKA Bad Guys Do Dirtybadwrong Things To Your Faves, AKA the Hydra Trash Party kinkmeme. As usual, BLANKET NON-CON AND NSFW WARNINGS apply: just assume going in that everything in this landfill is unfit for human consumption.

Rules in brief: don't be a jerk except to fictional characters, warnings for particularly fucked-up garbage are nice but not required, thou shalt not judge the trashiness of thy neighbor's kinks unless thy neighbor is trying to pass off their rotting banana peels and half-eaten pizza crusts as a healthy romantic dinner for two, off-topic comments may be chucked out of the dumpster at management's discretion, management's discretion decrees that omegaverse, soulbond AUs, D/s-verse, non-superpowered AUs, and dark!good guys AUs are off-topic.

You know what kind of rotting trash I always need more of? HYDRA messing up the whole team by targeting their heart and soul Sam Wilson.

Some vengeful HYDRA agent (Rollins, Rumlow, OC) lies low until he (or she) can get Bucky and Sam alone. Then he (or she) takes control of Bucky's actions with some Sputnik-y code and forces him to rape Sam. Maybe the agent just watches like it's no big deal, or maybe they get involved. (This being Rumlow, who blames Sam for him not getting to Pierce in time, would be great, but it's not key.)

And then, implied or dwelled on, the fallout. Bucky's been raped too but is a guilty wreck. Steve blames himself for them being alone together in the first place. Natasha blames herself for not anticipating the code/that HYDRA would go to rape. (I can't think of why Fury or Sharon Carter would catch the guilt bug but if anyone else can please fil in the blank LOL.) And the guy who'd usually make them laugh and go for a run or eat pancakes until they feel better is a flinching mess.

oh my god, the recovery trash. Bucky would feel terrible, because doesn't it just prove that he should never have come in from the cold in the first place, he's a danger to everyone around him. And Sam of course would know that it wasn't really Bucky, but wouldn't that make being around him that much worse, because how could Sam ever be truly sure that it wouldn't happen again?

because how could Sam ever be truly sure that it wouldn't happen again You. I like the way you think. The damage that would do their relationship - Bucky can feel terrible, Sam can know it wasn't his fault and that it was rape for him too and even forgive him, but any second, all it would take is another HYDRA higher-up walking in and it could happen again no matter how bad Bucky feels. Or maybe the HYDRA higher-up already walked in and told Bucky to set Sam at his ease first and then -

Sam pushing himself to GET comfortable and doing more damage in the process, because he can see it's tearing Bucky and Steve up, Steve trying to be there for both of them when they can't be around each other. Sam breaking down. (Someone cuddling him, though. Snuggles for Sam.)

I've been back and forth about whether or not to say this, because I mean it purely as encouragement and not pressure but I don't know how to communicate "pure encouragement", but in honor of New Year's let me say: I check every single day to see if you've started filling this.
