Sometimes, when the Asset is on a mission, he and his handlers have a lot of downtime where they're just waiting around for orders. Hydra needs to finish recon or put some players in place before the assassination happens. To pass the time of course, his handlers use the Asset for entertainment. They rape him repeatedly, and when they're done they always plug him up nicely, trapping all the come inside the Asset until the next time they want to fuck him. Over time, with the fucking and the plugging, the come builds up until the Asset is so stuffed with come that his stomach is swollen and grossly distended, he can't move without cramping, and he just wants to take the plug out but he can't or he'll be punished and oh look Rollins is ready for another go.

Basically, the longest, slowest come enema of all time.

+If the only food he gets in this time is also come, so his insides are literally full of spunk and nothing else

+++ Murphy or somebody won't shut up about their new "juice cleanse" so Rumlow decides to put the asset on one too. It's maybe a little heavier on the jizz and a little lighter on the kale and garlic or whatever bullshit Murphy keeps yammering about, but it's still liquid, right? Right.
