I don't even know what it would be, but I would love to see Bucky slip into doing something that was perfectly innocuous in the 30s that doesn't fit with the Axe masculinity Strike is trying to teach him/would somehow break his cover by being so out of place, and Hydra punishes it hugely disproportionately with something humiliating or even just by slapping the shit out of him. (Like a slap and berating every time the Asset says 'doll' or 'dame' maybe?)

If they're trying to get him to pass as a normal, modern human, it would make sense for them to hit him every time he used old slang or slipped into his Brooklyn accent.

Though I think the stun baton is a better choice than a face slap.
