although tbh I feel like if it's normalized/institutionalized, it's ... less bad than whatever-the-fuck Pierce would do to him? Like, sadistic gaslighting stuff is much worse. Or all the shame and asking the asset to beg... Whereas if it's just casual using of the asset's asshole and mouth to get off ... well, that's not that much horrifying than ordering the asset to kill on command.
