Always!female Bucky/WS (depending on the time you want) getting her period and being totally incapacitated by pain. Maybe it's pre-Zola and she always had access to pain medication before captivity. Maybe it's the first time since the WS has been thawed that she's not too drugged-up to feel the pain. Even if there's a 'man up' order, situation, or comment, I'd like it to be made clear that she cannot 'man up' or push through the pain, that she is actually unable to continue the mission or situation. How this plays out is up to you (only no no: no graphic period sex please).
